1. Personal One on One COACHING with Anne!
Would you prefer working one on one rather than in a group? I get it. Work one on one with me to tackle the obstacles that are showing up in your path.
I accept a few private clients a year. Email me to discuss.
2. The EIGHT C's of Leadership
This program is right for you if:
- You are stepping into a role as manager, director, or leader
- You want to gain confidence as a leader
- You’ve hit a plateau in your leadership, the strategies that have worked before aren’t working anymore
In this small group coaching program taking place over 8 weeks you will walk away with:
- Awareness of your own leadership style and your leadership hang-ups
- A solid understanding of the foundations of leadership
- An action plan for creating a new healthy leadership style
The next program is starting in February.
3. Get Credentialed and Hone Your Coaching Skills:
This program is right for you if:
- You seek your credential from the International Coach Federation
- You want to be certified by the school you graduated from
Small group coaching taking place over 7 weeks. You will obtain the skills and practice you need to get credentialed.
In this setting you receive
- Help tracking your clients and coaching hours as required by the ICF
- Consistent check-ins and tracking of your goals on credentialing
- Help from and practice with your peers
- A group of people to hold you accountable to your goal
- Access to names and numbers of my personal network of coaches who would be willing to review your calls
- Training on how to track your hours on the ICF website

4. Listen to your coaching!
i would be happy to listen to you coaching a client. I am able to do this using downloadable recorded calls.
All calls are kept completely confidential.
Price: $100 for a 60 minute call.
